Because of the germination seeds, the water will become a bit slimy. This will make it more difficult to pump around if you don't change it. Replace the water every other day. After you have germinated a batch of seeds, you can empty the Freshlife. If you cut the baby plants, it is best to put the remaining seeds in the GFT waste or in the compost. Rinse the container well with lukewarm water and use a dishwashing brush.
