Defects at the time of acceptance
If your product shows defects at the time of acceptance, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible. We will try to offer you an appropriate solution.
At Slowjuice.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with every single one of your purchases. We believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and Slowjuice.co.uk depends on high quality products and extraordinary Customer Service.
Full refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order. If your return is in any way a result of a mistake by Slowjuice.co.uk, please be sure to indicate the nature of the error when requesting a refund and a customer service specialist will provide you with further instructions.
If the return is not a result of an error on the part of Slowjuice.co.uk, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and duty incurred for the order and return of the product(s). You must send your return using a reliable international carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at Slowjuice.co.uk in their original condition. We return the total amount of your purchase once we have received the returned product in the same condition as it was shipped.
Important notes and restrictions
We do not refund shipping charges except if you believe the return is the result of an error by Slowjuice.co.uk; this includes the shipping cost we incurred shipping the item to your address.
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Customer Service Centre. If possible make use of the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it.
As a safeguard against potential abuse, Slowjuice.co.uk reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.

If, for any reason, your product shows defects, you can also count on us of course. We show the warranty period of each and every product on our website. The warranty period is the warranty as supplied by the manufacturer at the time of purchase.

A short video, if possible, is welcome as well. The picture/video has to show the problem and where the problem occurs during the process. With the help of the picture(s) and video(s) we might be able to determine the cause of the problem and offer you a proper solution over the phone.
If you are not satisfied by the product you have bought, it is possible to exchange it for a different model. If this has your preference you have to contact us. You can send back the product you are unsatisfied with (this will be on your on costs) and once we have received your product we can send the new product towards you. If there is a difference in price we will refund the difference into your bank account. If the new product is more expensive we will send it towards you after you have paid the difference.
At Slowjuice.co.uk you have a 30day period to see if your purchase is exactly what you thought it would be. If you are not satisfied by its performance or quality you can sent it back to us. Once we have received the product back in our stock room we will inform you as soon as possible. It is important that the product is complete and in the packaging you received it in. If you decide to send it back to us the costs for sending it back will be on your own account. The (possible) costs for sending it to you will be refunded.

When your return is checked and complete, we will refund your money as soon as possible. Refunds are processed within 10 days after we have received the shipment in our stockroom.
