The Hendi Profi Line Drying Kiln is a stainless steel drying oven with digital control panel and ideal for drying fruit, herbs, meat, fish etc.
The time can be set in steps of 30 minutes to 24 hours. The Profi Line Drying oven has an adjustable temperature from 35°C to 75°C in steps of 5° C. Because the oven has a motor that provides a horizontal air flow, the trays do not need to be rotated.
The Hendi Profi Line Drying Kiln contains 10 stainless steel trays of 39,5 x 39,5 cm. These trays are easy to clean and evenly distributed. To observe the drying process in addition, the door on the front side contains glass.
By drying food to at least 2% of its original moisture content, bacteria no longer have a "soil" to grow on, making it much longer tenable.
