Hendi drying oven is for drying fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat, fish, etc.
The automatic fans circulate the warm air for an even result. The drying oven is equipped with 7 stainless steel trays of 375x300 mm, suitable for 500 grams of food each.
The trays are evenly distributed. The trays are easy to remove and clean. The housing of the drying oven is made of polypropylene and is double-walled for a better temperature performance.
Thanks to the transparent door, the drying process can be monitored.
The drying oven comes with a transparent mat as a leakage mat in the bottom of the unit, or as a base for making fruit leather.
The temperature is adjustable from 35° to 70°C. The timer can be set from 30 minutes to 24 hours in intervals of 30 minutes.
Food that has been dried until it contains less than a few percent moisture no longer has a breeding ground for bacteria, and therefore has a very long shelf life (if sealed in a jar, drum, etc.). It takes little space and weighs very little (that's why the dehydrator is also loved by people who like to make long journeys).
