This version has 9 stainless steel drawers / trays with a size of 33.0 x 30.5 cm (maximum 500 grams per drawer / tray). The drawers are easy to change and clean (also dishwasher safe). They have a spacing of 25 mm.
It is possible to adjust the temperature of the Hendi drying oven from 35° to 70°C. The fans circulate the warm air for an even result. The drying process can also be closely monitored through the transparent door. The Hendi drying oven comes with a transparent leakage mat that can also be used for making fruit leather.
The Hendi drying oven does not have a timer. It is an excellent drying oven with a good price/quality ratio.
