The pressing method differs from that of other vertical slow juicers. This is due to the patented 3-in-1 Extraction System. The press screw presses the products from the inside out. The Juicepresso has no trouble pressing soft fruits and vegetables. However, the machine has more trouble processing harder products and/or leafy vegetables. The motor is not powerful enough to press juice from harder products and/or leafy vegetables. Also, the Juicepresso is less silent than other slowjuicers.
